Clash of Thrones (COT)

1. Players who follow ROE: Attack players only up to 50% below your might. You can attack players who have more than double your might but they have the right to one retaliation. Except players placed in TOP 25 Might Ranking. Players in the top 25 Might Ranking of the Kingdom freely attack each other up to 2 times per hour. Scouting is limited to 3 times per hour.
2.Players and clans who don’t follow ROE: You can attack anyone above 100k might if the don’t follow ROE.( Best to take a screenshot the clans who don’t follow ROE, as they might change it later)
3.NEVER ATTACK OR SCOUT CLAN BUILDINGS. NEVER ATTACK A FORT OR CAPITAL YOU HAVE 0 REASON TO DO SO.IT WILL RESULT TO A SEVERE PENALTY.
4.Superiors and Leaders you are required to screenshot all your players prior the start of COT. Send a private message to me or Island Life to get an invite link to our discord server to upload these DATED SCREENSHOTS.

5. NEVER ATTACK PORTALS WITHIN A CLANS TERRITORY even if you received an attack.
6.NEVER ATTACK EPIC EVENT PORTALS (shadow invasion, arachne etc) UNLESS YOU HAVE A REPORT YOU RECEIVED AN ATTACK from it. All other portals in the wild including DM AND TAR Portals, you can attack. If the portal is not hostile 50% might rule should be respected. You should close these portals before the beginning of COT so they don’t get attacked.
7.Don’t Panic and start posting in Violations chat. Try to resolve by yourselves or the diplomat following the Disputes Procedure. Claims made within 24 h of illegal attack will be dismissed.
8.Relax.Don’t rush and attack everything you see. Calculate might to be 50 percent below. For example you are 6 million 150k. You can only attack above 3 million 75k. To be on the safe side, attack even bigger, like 4 million.

9. When the Kingdom opens players using the Ayrin ( redhead woman) hero must not be attacked unless proven hostile by an attack report. In this case the attack should be posted in violations chat and Kingdom chat for others to see that this player can be attacked.
10. Clans who have signed the NAP agreement for the first day of COT should be respected at all times by clans and members of clans who follow ROE and not be attacked during the first day of COT. Such attacks unless a retaliation will be considered illegal.
